Job description

Prepares and processes boutique orders for shipping

Prepares sales/boutique/consignment orders for shipping by attaching the watch heads to the appropriate strap or bracelet.

Prepares the warranty/registration package, along with the proper manual and certificates for each sales/boutique order leaving the building.

Job requirements

Check all incoming/outgoing BTQ/Outlet transfers

Check ECOM sales orders for processing

Create assemblies for retail transfers

Assist in breaking down wholesale returns, making sure correct merchandise/paperwork is returned

Assist in the breakdown and organizing of inbound watch shipments

Attaches straps and bracelets to watches for all sales/boutique/consignment orders

Organizes and maintains all Certificates of Attestation and diamond/limited certificates

Produces registration/warranties for all orders

Activate E-warranty cards when directed

Send all e-warranty data to CH

Prepares transfers of attachments for After Sales Service & Illinois repair sites

Maintains stock of all warranty books, manuals and package essentials

Responsible for Vault’s organization of constant old and new products

Performs weekly cycle inventory counts

Must maintain excellent working relationships with the workshop and with the sales department

Assist Controller with any and all jobs

Helps in any area where they may be falling behind or absent

Maintains the cleanliness of the workroom area

Support shipping if help is needed

Maintains quality control of all returned pieces

Maintain service site for current stock

Maintain service site for retired stock for outlet boutiques

Responsible for entering all boutique service watches into system and to follow up to make sure they are repaired in a timely manner

Must maintain excellent working relationships with the workshop

Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs

Skills, Knowledge

Must have patience and must pay attention to detail

Must be able to multitask and work under pressure. Must also be organized.

Must have flexible work hours and be able to work overtime

High School Education or higher education

Computer experience: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and all aspects of Great Plains/ SAP
