We are looking for a Project Manager – Visual Merchandising to enhance the customer experience and engagement at our Breitling Point of Sale (POS) worldwide through implementing impactful Visual Merchandising animations and decorations. You will support the Visual Merchandising Design Team on all topics related to decoration, imagery, themed window animations and a product presentation at the POS, including the organization, planning and development of inspirational and effective window and POS displays that support the Breitling story, brand, and mission. In your position, you will report directly to the Visual Merchandising Team Lead.

Your main activities:

  • Selecting suitable suppliers, overseeing the creation of prototypes, managing the final set-up including material definition and internal ordering process, and the timely delivery and installation of all material
  • Monitoring the special displays implementation and inventory, liaising with Architects to define upcoming needs, coordinating with suppliers and following up market animation installations throughout the year
  • Managing the POS digital tools or linking the digital tool to the POS to enhance the customer journey and experience
  • Creating presentation and communication tools for the department
  • Developing and creating guideline documents
  • E-mailing VM guidelines to markets and following up on feedback and requests
  • You will be in close contact with our markets worldwide to guide and support them in achieving the best executions and deployment on site
  • Conducting VM training sessions (online and onsite) for wholesale and retail teams
  • Providing VM best practice and feedback process support
  • Selecting and maintaining online platforms to share the VM content to all markets and ensure all content is relevant and timely
  • Managing all administrative VM tasks and activities in collaboration with team leaders and tracking the global budget together with the department heads (including the budget overview, purchase orders, payment process, etc.) and liaising with other departments when needed

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You present at least 5 years of experience in visual merchandising and administrative management
  • You have a Diploma in Visual Merchandising or Administrative Management
  • You can put forward proven project management experience. Experience in the watch industry or at creative agency is a plus
  • You possess excellent knowledge and you are a skilled Microsoft Office suite user
  • You have strong organizational skills, and the ability to responsibly manage several tasks at the same time
  • You demonstrate good communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • You take initiative and you are detailed-oriented
  • You feel comfortable in a fast and moving creative environment
  • You are fluent in English and French. Knowledge of German is a plus
  • You are a reliable, flexible and loyal team player.
