Training Supervisor

Breitling stands apart with its watches unapologetically dedicated to authentic adventures, in the air, at sea or on land. We are currently looking for a Training Supervisor for our Training Department in Shanghai. Training Supervisor will work with Head of L&D and will be responsible for three major pillars: Project Management, Training Delivery and Coaching Implementation. This will also expect from a candidate assisting manager in daily challenges and long-term projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Project Management
    • Contribute to Retail Excellence Project
    • Targeting at all retail and wholesale boutiques in national wide
    • Drive excellent client experience and operation productivity
    • Understanding business needs and strategy, providing learning solutions, initiatives and tools
    • Contribute to manage MSP project through diagnosing opportunities, providing solutions and driving sustainable improvement
  • Training Delivery
    • Deliver high standard classroom training independently, including Induction Training, Service & Selling Skill training and Novelties Training
    • Ensure excellent learning experience by logistic support, effectiveness evaluation and follow-up.
  • Coaching Implementation
    • Conduct effective field coaching to maximize training effectiveness and drive for behavior change
    • Visit boutique in a certain frequency to constantly improve Breitling boutique experience and productivity by providing constructed suggestions.

Pré-requis du poste

Your profile:

  • 3 Year experience in training and learning field, Luxury W&J industry will be a plus
  • College Degree Above
  • Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin both in Oral and Written
  • Action oriented, and results driven
  • Growth mindset, and strong learning agility
  • Solid abilities of presentation, facilitation and coaching
  • Solid computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
