Administration and Finance Coordinator

Job description

We are currently looking for Administration and Finance Coordinator to join our Scandinavia Squad in Sweden. In this position you will be coordinate the Office/Reception and support Finance in several areas. Please submit your application in English.

Main tasks:


  • Handling of reception tasks: welcoming visitors, contact by telephone/mails/parcels and managing office space
  • Administration and planning around internal and external meetings
  • Receiving and handing out repairs to customers on site


  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
  • Prepare reports, reconciling accounts and other support during month and year-end
  • Prepare monthly VAT, Intrastat, expense reporting
  • Any other relevant ad-hoc duties in support of finance team

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Knowledge in book keeping, accounting, or finance and 2 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Retail knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Practical usage of Windows / Microsoft Office. Good excel skills is a must
  • You have an excellent communication skills (written and oral) in Swedish and English, an additional Scandinavian language is an asset
  • You are dynamic, flexible, reliable, accurate, attention to details, proactive and versatile, stress-resistant and solution-oriented
