Position Summary :

The Assistant Project Manager will provide support to all Breitling points of sale in maintaining a high physical standard in all Breitling boutiques. This person will coordinate with the boutiques and contractors to resolve maintenance and repair issues in an effective and efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Be a liaison between the boutiques/retailers and maintenance/repair related vendors (millwork, HVAC, safe maintenance, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule repair workers, tech visits and other related vendors
  • Provide an effective and reliable solutions to boutique facilities issues
  • Track and maintain repair budget
  • Procure supplies needed
  • Audit and submit repair and maintenance invoice to accounting department

  • A diploma from Technical School is preferred.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in facility maintenance and or general contracting
  • Ability to assess problems and provide solutions with mechanical/technical perspective
  • Problem-solving attitude with high level of professionalism
  • Ability to communicate across diverse groups of employees and business partners.
  • Familiar and able to interpret architectural/shop drawings
  • Exceptional organizational, project management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours if needed.
  • Must be able to manage travel schedule and complete projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to maximum 30% of the time.

Language Ability:

Familiar and able to communicate and or conduct business in mechanical/technical terms

Software Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Work Environment:

The employee works primarily at the Company’s headquarters office, generally during the normal operating hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm and may occasionally work outside of these hours as needed.
