As our new Squad Member as Digital Data Scientist you will join our Digital & IT team to contribute actively to our legendary future and digitalization of our business. You will have a chance to provide a high level of expertise in the field of digital data and analytics. The digital data scientist will be responsible for identifying customer data sources and use them effectively for various business needs in the area of digital marketing , eCommerce, CRM, and retail.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identifying relevant data sources for business needs , collecting structured and unstructured data
  • Sourcing missing data and organising data in to usable formats
  • Building predictive models
  • Building machine learning algorithms
  • Enhancing the data collection process
  • Analysing data for trends and patterns and to find answers to specific questions
  • Setting up data infrastructure, technical infrastructure and required tech stacks for the same
  • Develop, implement and maintain databases
  • Assess quality of data and remove or clean data
  • Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns
  • Preparing reports for executive and project teams
  • Create visualisation of data

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Minimum 6 years of successful experience in the area of data, analytics and data science
  • Strong mathematical & numeracy skills
  • Intermediate understanding of databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL,
  • Understanding of reporting & data visualisation tools such as PowerBi
  • Understanding of website scripts such as XML, Javascript, JSON
  • Understanding of ETL framework and ETL tools including Microsoft SSIS
  • Understanding of Salesforce tools such as Sales cloud , Service cloud and marketing cloud
  • Digital marketing analytics tools including Google 360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Presentation skills – ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand
  • Problem solving skills
  • A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
  • Exposure to international and complex projects ideally in the luxury/watches industry
  • Proven capability of handling distributed teams and working across geographies.
  • Fluent in English. French and other languages are a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, ability to challenge business users in a positive manner on their requirements and propose alternative solutions.
