We are looking for a Digital Media Manager - Chinese market with focus on performance marketing to join our Marketing team in Zurich, Switzerland. Passionate about all things digital, the Digital Media Manager is an enthusiastic solution-driver with strong analytical and ad tech skills.

As a Digital Media Manager at Breitling, you will:

  • Work with the agency partner managing the paid digital media campaigns with focus on display, paid social and programmatic to drive sales and increase awareness
  • Collaborate closely with key markets mainly in Asia on digital media strategies and campaigns execution (always on and collection pushes)
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with several internal teams and key stakeholders (eCommerce, Brand Communication, Sales)
  • Monitor reporting, analysis, and optimization of advertising campaigns
  • Manage measurement solutions based upon KPIs for each funnel stage (full funnel and omnichannel approach) and design A/B testing
  • Drive product innovation and implement complex advertising solutions
  • Work closely with the rest of the media team on several projects on audience strategy/ DMP, attribution, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and omni-channel strategy

Job requirements

  • Hands on experience with paid media campaign management and performance marketing - Google AdWords, Facebook/ Instagram, Programmatic. LinkedIn, Bing are a plus
  • Strong experience with digital media ecosystems in China is essential
  • Experience working on other Asian markets will be beneficial
  • Proven track record of delivering on revenue and advertising success metrics
  • Analytical and focused on delivering strong commercial outcomes
  • Experience with e-commerce performance marketing solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics), online measurement and attribution
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
  • Previous exposure to Salesforce projects is a plus
