E-Commerce Business Analyst

Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for an E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our #Squad. You will liaise with business and gather business requirements, create IT documents and transfer them into IT solutions in alignment with IT Security and IT Architecture teams. You will be the connector between the internal E-commerce team and the partner agencies, and also establish solution proposals and coordinate them with the stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Connecting with key business partners and Product Owners to agree and document detailed design and acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements and project deliverables
  • Translating business requirements into functional and non-functional system requirements
  • Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders (Commercial and Technology teams, particularly platform owners, developers, technical leads and testers)
  • Co-operating closely with the delivery team to establish capabilities and ensure customer needs are interpreted into suitable designs, and recommend whether current or new products are suitable
  • Highlighting and sharing risks associated with plans and designs
  • Understand both internal and external user needs from both a UX and functional perspective. Build relationships with internal users to appreciate individual needs and concerns
  • Recommending improvements/optimisation to current systems/processes and planning implementation of these improvements.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have ideally 2-3 years of work experience as Digital Business Analyst or Product Manager
  • E-commerce funnel and CMS Management have no secret for you
  • You have good knowledge of Jira/Confluence, as well as Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to guide group discussions and explain complex solutions
  • You have experience translating business requirements into functional and non-functional system requirements and working with the team to produce high level technical solutions
  • Previous experience(s) in watches and/or fashion industry is a plus
  • You are fluent in English. French and/or German is a plus.
