E-Commerce Manager

As E-Commerce manager for Switzerland, you will report to the country Managing Director and the HQ E-Commerce team. We are looking for candidates with experience in E-Commerce and digital marketing who can demonstrate an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset to grow Breitling E-Commerce in Switzerland

Job requirements

Main responsibilities:

The Swiss E-Commerce manager is driving the local E-Commerce activity, in collaboration with Breitling HQ E-Commerce team, and the other local E-Commerce managers. It includes the responsibility to set up omni-channel activities and achieve seamless client service in the digital network, in close coordination with local retail and marketing teams.

Ensure E-Commerce operation and website management:

  • Ensure the smooth daily E-Commerce activities from order placement to shipment to clients
  • Analyze and propose new communication and marketing actions for developing sales and acquiring new clients
  • Ensure optimal stock assortment and depth, leading the go-to-market for novelties and limited editions
  • Collaborate with HQ E-Commerce team and local retail and sales managers to manage the most relevant selection of watches
  • Handle seamless logistics and manage fraud risk
  • Lead a consistent data and performance marketing strategy in collaboration with local marketing, and HQ E-Commerce & Digital teams
  • Report on monthly sales performance, web analytics and share result internally with other departments involved in E-Commerce

Improve website UX and propose web content to achieve higher conversion rate:

  • Client Relations Center (CRC) management:
  • Achieve smooth daily operation, excellent client service and sales input through CRC team
  • Achieve annual phone sales targets and higher conversion rate
  • Maximize the business opportunity at CRC and leverage incentive plan
  • Develop/review CRC procedures, guidelines and templates
  • Coordinate CRC activities, monitor KPIs and provide reports & analysis on sales performance

Lead Omni Channel activity:

  • Contribute to the development of the omni-channel strategy and offer seamless client service in retail and digital network
  • Manage online boutique appointments (website, CRC, link to boutiques)
  • Plan and execute omni-channel projects in line with HQ E-Commerce & Digital teams

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in E-Commerce and digital marketing for consumer facing brands/websites, preferable in luxury and premium brands
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce/ Digital/ Performance Marketing/ Retail Sales / CRM
  • Proven success in building web and E-Commerce sites and overall digital experiences
  • Strong business process understanding (customer information management, order processing, inventory management, product personalization, customer support, etc.)
  • Strong strategic analysis and strategy development skills, including data-driven market, competitive and customer needs analysis
  • Strong project management skills is a must
  • Fluency in English, German and French
  • Experience of logistics and stock management is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
