E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are currently looking for E-commerce Operations Specialist for our office in Amsterdam. For this position you should have a clear end-to-end understanding of daily order fulfillment processes and propose optimizations when needed. You are the go-to- person for any (e-commerce) order fulfillment and logistics topics who understands client service and is a problem-solving person. Our customer experience satisfaction is our highest priority and order fulfillment plays an import role in our customer journey. The main goal of this position is to master personalization of our e-commerce orders and client gifting program and keep close contact with our carriers to ensure the best logistics experience for our customers.


Main responsibilities:

  • Daily e-commerce order fulfillment and return management
  • Warehouse and inbound-/ outbound management
  • Have an affinity with different order fulfillment tools and ability to resolve operational or process-oriented issue
  • Work on improving our outbound flow (outbound SLA improvement)
  • Support sales, after-sales and call center teams
  • You will master personalization of our e-commerce orders

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience as Operations Specialist, ideally within an international environment
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must
  • You have experience are dynamic, flexible, reliable, accurate, proactive and versatile, stress-resistant and solution-oriented
  • You have:
    • Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and ability to stay focused under operational pressure
    • Very precise way of working and an eye for detail
    • Strong, empathetic, collaborative and inspiring attitude to work
    • Motivation to work in operations and learn the Ecommerce fulfilment process while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • You are holder of bachelor or other university degree preferably in the field of Business or similar field
  • Additional education (post-graduate) is a plus
