You will oversee the improvement of the current manufacturing controlling deliverables. You will strive for optimization of operations processes, and hence seek profitability and cashflow improvement by contributing to the financial result of the production’s entity.
Your responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in the FI/CO domain and others industrial domains such as management of precious metals, scraping, reconditioning volume, etc
- Monitor the day-to-day activities of SAP advisory engagements and be responsible for successful delivery for Breitling with a particular focus on Finance related processes and finance applications
- Support project teams on operational and financial aspects to ensure best practices and standard implementation as much as possible. Provide financial support to project teams across full project lifecycle (project execution, project close-out, deliverables)
- Manage the definition, specification, and implementation of integration requirements for finance controlling with focus points on productivity and industrial P&L. Responsible for prioritization, coordination, and implementation of transformation initiatives into finance team
- Ensure that the new ERP set-up will be aligned with relevant financial accounting and reporting standards as well as internal control and compliance regulations
- Plan and coordinate testing of additional features and new product releases with finance teams and other operations departments
- Organize and hold training for Finance applications with colleagues in collaboration with external consultants and business product owners
- Ensure knowledge sharing, develop thought leadership by influence and supporting the best proposals for Breitling’s future use of the ERP. Risk review process assessment if trade-offs need to be taken
- Provide ad-hoc project related financial analysis and participate to relevant financial or transformation initiatives
- Actively participate in the implementation of site transformation projects (cross-functional) having an impact on finance area and other operational fields (to ensure best practice)
- Build-up a risk management approach and implement internal control matrix in collaboration with other operations departments in order to raise any P&L risks to hierarchy
- Be the Business partner with operations heads and instilling a culture and sensitivity to numbers and financial risks to the production’s entity.
Job requirements
Your profile:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Finance, ideally in the Watch / FMCG / Lifestyle / Luxury industry
- You graduated a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- You ideally have experience in audit company
- You previously worked in a regional or global headquarters, and accross international affiliates
- You have strong ERP knowledge and experience with SAP would be an asset
- You have an expertise in technical financial processes (IFRS standards, accounting treatments)
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are able to work independently with resilience, determination, accuracy and reliability
- You speak fluently English and French
