Global Head of Brand Partnerships

Job description

Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for a Global Head of Brand Partnerships who will lead on all global sponsorship, celebrity, licensing, and CSR partnership activities in the fields of sports, culture and entertainment. By working closely with Breitling’s internal teams, as well as external agencies and partners, you will direct the conceptual development and implementation of our sponsorship strategy.

Main tasks:

  • Developing and delivering of the global sponsorship and licensing strategy to enrich brand and product marketing
  • Negotiating and signing all sponsorship agreements, from Hollywood actors to global sports stars
  • Hands-on direction of all partnership activation and licensing reporting
  • Building and maintaining proactive relationships with all partners such as Boeing, Ford, Deus Ex Machina, Ocean Conservancy, and many more
  • Leading protocol for all talent engagements, including events
  • Directing and supporting markets on the local marketing partnership strategies
  • Leading a small and dynamic team

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • At least 10 years’ experience ideally from sports/culture or entertainment. Exposure to the luxury industry is a big advantage
  • You have an adequate university degree (at least Bachelor)
  • You have an experience in project management
  • You have well-founded knowledge in the field of talent and licensing negotiations, project management, and relationship management
  • You have an active global network in lifestyle brands, sport and entertainment
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to responsibly manage a team.
  • You take initiative, are solutions-oriented and able to work independently.
  • You are fluent in English with a very good understanding of German. French language skills is a plus.
  • You are a reliable, flexible and loyal team player.
