Global Influencer Marketing Manager

Breitling stands apart with its watches unapologetically dedicated to authentic adventures, in the air, at sea, or on land. To grow our Squad, we are looking for a Global Influencer Marketing Manager. 

You will support the global brand positioning, communication strategy and sales objectives of key launches via impactful and creative influencer marketing: lead and develop the global influencer strategy and oversee the implementation in local markets, create and develop an authentic global community of brand influencers and creators, develop and deliver an innovative content and activations strategy, embracing new formats to drive engagement and traffic around key launches.

Your responsabilities:

  • Maintain and develop long-term brand relationships with global influencers and creators
  • Develop creative content ideas and execute dedicated influencer shoots
  • Support and consult with local markets and advise on best practices
  • Partner with external agencies on dedicated campaigns
  • Identify new influencer and creator talent
  • Negotiate fees and contracts
  • Keep abreast of emerging content trends, technologies, platforms, influencers and creators
  • Set targets, monitor and evaluate performance and ROI
  • Manage department budget, process invoices and talent payments
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You ideally have 5 years of work experience in influencer/talent marketing with a global scope, and 5 years of experience in the fashion, sports, or luxury industries
  • You graduated with a degree in Marketing and/or Communications 
  • You are organized and creative with distinguished communication and project management skills
  • You have knowledge of influencer monitoring tools
  • You are fluent in English (French and/or German would be a plus)
