Manager HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Analytics

Job description

Being part of the fast-paced Human Resources Department at Breitling’s headquarters, the Manager HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Analytics works in a multidisciplinary team dedicated to implementing and optimizing our HR services and processes for the organization. You will be based in either Grenchen, Solothurn or La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel with a few days at the offices of the other location.

You will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Leading the team HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Analytics (4 squad members)
  • Driving all HR policy matters incl. the Compensation & Benefits strategy and the on-going job grading project
  • Oversight and continuous improvement of all HR Admin & Payroll processes in Switzerland
  • Interface to Finance (monthly payroll reconciliation, budgeting process)
  • Further developing and implementing HR KPI Dashboards and HR Analytics worldwide
  • Leading the project of the implementation of a new global HRIS and continuous improvement of the HR IT landscape

Job requirements

Our ideal new squad member has the following skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics or Finance or equivalent 
  • In depth knowledge of Swiss employment & social security legislation and best practices, with experience in managing complex HR challenges, preferably in an fast-paced international environment 
  • At ease with KPI Dashboards with a strong affinity for financial analytics
  • Experience in developing leading the implementation of a new HR IS would be a great asset
  • Highly effective communicator with ability to influence internal clients and manage stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and internal clients simultaneously
  • Detail oriented and proactive, with a “can do” mentality 
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French skills, German skills being a big plus
