Marketing Data Analyst Manager

Job description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Media Analyst to join our Marketing team in Zurich, Switzerland. Passionate about all things digital, the Media Analyst is an enthusiastic solution-driver and problem-solver with strong analytical skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive the reporting and measurement roadmap and deliver best in class media analytics reporting and insights to the Media team and to key stakeholders for data-driven decision making
  • Design and deliver Marketing KPI dashboards and reporting for performance and branding purposes
  • Build models on performance forecasting, media mix budgeting and market analyses
  • Collaborate with the digital media managers to analyze digital media efficiency. Provide in depth reporting and actionable insights that can lead to tactical optimizations
  • Lead the analysis and implementation of attribution models
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist on bringing reports into Datorama visualization
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including IT/ eCommerce, Sales, Product, other marketing teams
  • Manage tracking projects to ensure accurate capture of data
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and synthesize data and significant amounts of information using different data sources to create meaningful reports and presentations
  • Proven working experience as an analytics platforms` user and have in-depth knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, SQL and ideally Biq Query and Python
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, channels and performance KPIs to create reports and extract insights at global and market level
  • Good understanding and previous experience on attribution models
  • Exposure to audience segmentation, data mining and analysis
  • Previous experience on predictive and forecasting modelling on media budgets and revenue using different data streams and factors
  • Experience in offline media and omnichannel is a huge plus
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, any other language is a plus
