Job description

• Work closely with Head of Marketing to formulate and execute brand and annual PR Plan

• Trade Marketing Execution: support retailers’ promotion, communication, pop up and events on wholesales level.

• Local gifting and merchandise handling to support wholesales and retail promotion.

• Facilitate on store planning project, on providing visuals for hoarding, logistic handling on store VM and merchandising material.

• Coordinate with global visual merchandising team to ensure consistent VM display throughout the retail and wholesale network.

• PR relation, to develop and maintain media, influencers, agencies, watch collector community, and celebrities to strive for the best media exposure.

• Provide copywriting for social content, and proofreading on PR material.

• Consignment watch management and coordinate the media photo shooting on regular basis.

• Support branding related events (Campaign/Product launch event, key market entry opening event, global event support)

• Work closely with designer to generate assets for internal and external communication (websites, eDM, hoarding visuals, key visuals for ecom partnership, etc)

• Clipping Monitoring: prepare the monthly PR report, quarterly PR report, by campaign report as requested by HQ.

• Perform ad-hoc projects and admin tasks as assigned

Job requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or with Visual Merchandising background preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience, with relevant experience in watches and jewelry or luxury industry preferred.
• SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Independent, autonomous, self-motivated and a good team player
Good command of English and Cantonese (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
• Numerical, detailed-oriented, organized and patient.
