(New Role) eCommerce Fulfillment Assistant

Position Summary:

The e-Commerce Fulfillment Assistant will be responsible for delivering superior logistical support to the company’s e-Commerce business and other operational initiatives. Reporting to the e-Commerce Manager, the e-Commerce Fulfillment Assistant will assist in streamlining e-Commerce order fulfillment. This is a hands-on position requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize workflow to ensure accuracy and excellence in assigned duties and responsibilities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist Logistics Associates with daily operations
    • Assembling boxes and packaging orders
    • Transfer products between vault, shipping, and service
    • Support for outbound and inbound operations
    • Handle special e-Commerce order requests
  • Primarily handle the flow for the Subscription Program
    • Tracking the flow of returns / refurbishment of product
  • Supply Inventory
    • Replenishment of supplies
    • Cycle counts and tracking of gifts and packaging materials
  • Provide cross-functional support on operational initiatives such as:
    • Inventory organization
    • Promotion / gift shipping
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external departments to ensure best level of service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workroom area.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 years’ of professional experience, preferably in e-Commerce, fulfillment and/or logistics in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) and/or fine jewelry industry.

Language Ability:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
  • Customer-focused attitude with high level of professionalism and ability to communicate across diverse groups of employee and departments.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Excellent organization skills with thoroughness and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, manage time and work under pressure.

Software Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills, including fluency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • SAP a plus, not required
