Operations ERP/PLM Project Engineer – Internship 6 months

We are looking for an Operations IT Solutions Intern to join our #Squad. In the field of Operations solutions implementation projects, you will contribute to the overall project management and the key business requirement analysis. You will also manage on specific “supply chain work stream” of our ERP/PLM program, in relation with the Program Manager, Business Process Owners (BPO) and IT stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Project Leader role
    • Interlocutor to Operations Business Process Owners (BPO) to translate and validate key requirements
    • Implement agile project activities considering context, business benefits, risks and opportunities
    • Manage fact-based decision-making process with the Project Committees
  • Business analyst (incl. assist Product Owner)
    • Define Solutions key requirements and processes mapping with Operations experts and Key-users
    • Structure business improvement roadmap and initiate backlog accordingly
    • Contribute to Operations performance indicators definition and project reporting

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have a first experience as Project Manager / Leader activities
  • You will soon graduate a Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or IT Management
  • Having Supply Chain Management Certifications (ASCM/APICS: CPIM or CSCP) and/or Project Management Certification (PMI: PMP or Discipline Agile) would be a plus
  • You are familiar with ERP solutions
  • You have a strong ability to communicate with various stakeholders
  • You speak fluently French and English. German knowledge is a plus
