We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Marketing Specialist to strengthen our team based in Zurich, Switzerland. This position would report to the Head of Media and will have a real impact on driving the strategy that generates results.

Main responsibilities:

  • Own global paid search strategy and effectively manage investment and performance targets through ongoing tracking, forecasting and reporting
  • Oversee, analyze and drive campaign optimizations across platforms (mainly Google and Bing) with our digital media agency, Google and other technology partners and identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue
  • Conduct in depth analysis on the keywords, markets, campaigns and overall account performance
  • Manage measurement solutions based upon performance KPIs and design relevant A/B testing
  • Write, launch and test different ad copies through an always on approach and collection pushes and actively perform keywork discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Provide reporting on the channel results to internal stakeholders and the media team
  • Drive innovation in the channel and implement complex paid search solutions, technical integrations and automations
  • Assist media team with recommendations on the channel and work closely with the rest of the media team on several projects like Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 3 years of hands on experience in paid search marketing in the luxury/watches industry
  • Proven track record of delivering on revenue and advertising success metrics
  • Experience with e-commerce performance marketing solutions
  • You have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and focused on delivering strong commercial outcomes
  • Good understanding of campaign tracking and adtech landscape
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, online measurement and attribution
  • You are fluent in English, German skills are an asset
  • You have a University Degree
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • You have proactive attitude that enables tackling challenges
