We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Marketing Specialist to strengthen our team based in Zurich, Switzerland. This position would report to the Digital Media Lead and will have a real impact on driving the strategy that generates results.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing, managing and optimizing Paid Search, Shopping and Programmatic Display/Video campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and DV360 to meet campaign objectives and KPIs.
  • Conducting keyword research, building keyword lists and optimizing bids to drive conversions while maintaining cost-effective and competitive ad placements.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop high-quality ad copy and ensure that all creatives are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and other third-party platforms (Datorama) to make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Expanding and optimizing our programmatic advertising strategy in collaboration with the local marketing teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices and platform updates to enhance the effectiveness of our Paid Search and Programmatic strategy.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and communicating effectively with the Media team members and across different departments to ensure smooth execution of Paid Search initiatives.



Job requirements


Profile:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing Paid Search and Shopping campaigns.
  • You are Marketing, Communications, or a related field graduate.
  • You demonstrate strong understanding of Paid Search / Search Engine Marketing principles, keyword research and bid management.
  • In this position you can put forward your experience in Programmatic advertising for Display and Video.
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms as well as DV360 are your strengths.
  • You are familiar with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Do you have an experience with automation and scripts? – It’s a strong plus!
  • You have a good understanding of campaign tracking and adtech landscape.
  • You present exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • You are proactive and results-driven, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have a passion for the luxury watch industry and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of any additional language is a strong asset.
