Position Summary: Responsible to execute the analytical and strategic execution from Retail team to and from boutiques to follow the business merchandising strategy. Analyze and create merchandising directive for Retail Director and Merchandising Manager to Retail network. Support the needs of Retail Department on planning, analyzing, communicating and execution of initiatives for business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Compile all reporting from retail stores to be shared to corporate and HQ departments in timely manner

• Responsible to communicate and follow up on new guidelines and polices to retail channels

• Analyze merchandising needs with Retail Merchandiser to communicate transfer, reallocation, and replenishment to the boutiques

• Respond to price and product availability requests from boutiques and other channels

• Assist in new store openings from operational set up to writing new orders for optimal stock capacity of best sellers and core merchandise

• Assist the Retail Team on any needs to support projects such as events, initiatives, action plans, and reporting to streamline the retail communication and procedures

• Respond and direct any spare parts, repair inquires, or overall after sales related communication to the right department

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to take on new tasks

Language Ability:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with high level of professionalism and ability to communicate across diverse groups of employees and departments.

Software Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
