Position Summary :
- Oversight for Breitling boutiques and outlets and Partner boutiques
- Lead Retail excellence (operations) and Retail experience (customer journey)
- Lead the evolution of experimental retail and potentially develop partnership with brands to increase exposure and client base.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a business strategy that maximizes the retail profit by driving sales and controlling operations and costs
- Build motivated and high performing teams through effective leadership and line management
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Effectively cross-collaborate with all channels at Breitling, including Wholesale and E-Commerce
- Work In partnership with Sales Director and wholesale team as additional resources to support partner boutique growth/development
- Expand relationship with Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to maximize sell out
- Influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for the Retail teams and ensure updated and timely information is delivered to the Store Managers and their teams
RETAIL NETWORK PERFORMANCE
- Manage and coach Store Managers to ensure that all sales targets set by the Company are achieved
- Ensure a strong client base is developed and maintained
- Analyze sales figures including; sales by sq ft, sales by associate, CRM data retention, sales per transaction and traffic reports. Use this information to develop immediate & long-range goal plans
- Formulate and execute strategies for sales generation in order to meet annual targets
- Implement key performance metrics (KPIs) and exceed expectations for the assigned retail network including conversion, clientele sales and CRM; monitors results and works with key stakeholders to implement action plans to ensure the achievement of objectives
- Monitor performance and launches focus and push store action plans with clearly articulated objectives through Regional Manager and Store Managers to improve results
- Develop brand awareness in each market through local networking and market activity
- Ensure best possible management of store upkeep and maintenance, surveying and highlighting any necessary building work, cleaning & other action is undertaken
- Ensure that the retail operation complies to all Company policies and procedures relating to security, health and safety; influences any changes necessary to meet statutory requirements, ensuring minimum risk to staff members and the business
- Take decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operation within defined work area including the strategic planning of resources
- Maintain and constantly develop innovative and cost effective stocks; monitor stocks weekly to achieve sales budgets against monthly targets
TRAINING AND COACHING
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all stores and team members
- Take a lead role in building a strong sales management culture with the operations team; spend time coaching retail managers, identifying skills and opportunities for development; provide advice and guidance when needed
- Work with the HR department to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies are adhered to
- Proactively manage and review the performance and progress of retail managers, set objectives and targets
- Proactively encourage retail teams to deepen their knowledge about the customers and improve customers satisfaction and experience
COMPETITION
- Investigate new markets, review competition and location opportunities and make recommendations for business expansion
- Generate ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up-to-date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends including all competitors activations
Job requirements

EXPERIENCE
- Retail and luxury (high end) brand experience
- Watch industry background a +
- Solid experience is required in retail industry, effective team management, senior leadership skills managing both up and down.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with all functions in the organization
- Previous experience of leadership and development of a retail network
- Ability to be flexible with regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts
- Ability, drive and desire to deliver outstanding results.
- Ability to travel 75% within USA and Canada
