Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator’s main goals are: supporting sales, ensuring order completion, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously.


Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction
  • Handling and follow up of the sales portfolio by market
  • Administrative handling of all the requests coming from the markets
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Daily contacts with external and internal departments
  • Handling of credit notes, buy backs, special orders, wish-lists, exchange offers on a daily business
  • Provide clear and synthetic information to management
  • Manage the sale to employees, VIP & suppliers process
  • Handle the back office for employees “Montres au porté”
  • Handling of the alternative distribution portfolio 

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 2-3 years of work experience in similar job position
  • SAP knowledge is a Must (SD Sales and Distribution)
  • MS Office standards is a Must
  • You speak fluently English and French or German 
  • Other languages would be a plus
  • Commercial Employee
