Sales Coordinator

We are currently looking for Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for all processes in sales back-office management. The main goal of this position is to coordinate and oversee the flow of a company’s services or products to consumers. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Retail coordinator
  • Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, financing and logistics to optimize sales
  • Coordinating training for customers
  • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
  • Entering order information into the company database
  • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
  • Prepare sales and marketing reports locally and globally
  • Some travel within Scandinavia and Switzerland

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
  • Retail knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Good SAP/IBP understanding is an asset
  • Practical usage of Windows / Microsoft Office. Good excel skills is a must
  • You have an excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English & Swedish, an additional Scandinavian language is an asset
  • You are dynamic, flexible, reliable, accurate, proactive and versatile, stress-resistant and solution-oriented
