This is an in-person role based in Wilton, CT


Position Summary: The SAP Analyst will be a member of our USA Technology Team to Provide post-implementation support and problem resolution. Hands-on configuration of SAP enhancements and project work for the USA Business Operations. The individual will also support efforts toward IT process and administrative improvement opportunities and will provide guidance to departmental and divisional business management on SAP. Typical activity may include working closely with cross-functional global IT peers and Finance, Sales, and Logistics Business Partners in gathering requirements and providing standard, simple, robust SAP Solutions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with peers in the IT and Business organization to determine the business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of the SAP modules.
  • Instruct the Business organization on SAP business processes and solution design capabilities of the SAP modules.
  • Know business processes and be able to collect the local requirements and translate them into good practices through the current SAP global solution.
  • Test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usage, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
  • Local support to the key users with training and documentation updated.
  • After the implementation, support project initiatives to expand the usage of the SAP solution to improve and expand SAP processes across the enterprise.
  • Be part of the global SAP organization

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, engineering, technology, business administration, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of SAP Logistics experience
  • Extensive experience with FI/CO integration with other process modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistic execution (LE)
  • Exposure to international and complex projects ideally in the luxury/watches industry
  • Should have worked in global organizations
  • SAP Certification desired.

Work Environment:

The employee works at the Company’s headquarters office, generally during the normal operating hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm and may work outside of these hours as needed.
