Main responsibilities:

  • In charge of SAP services for the markets live on BRIGHT* SAP Solution and lead the SAP Operations team in charge of incident, enhancement & problem management.
  • In charge of reviewing and presenting changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
  • Ensures delivery excellence of the SAP services across different teams in distributed locations.
  • Enabler of common processes and structures between Breitling’s SAP Internal Team, partners as well as it reduces certain silo effect, minimizing bottlenecks and increase efficient workflows.
  • Ensure efficiency by enabling smooth onsite-offshore communication and collaboration bridging cross boundary and cultural gaps and ways of working onsite-offshore.
  • Be a point of escalation or handle urgent priority issues.
  • Understanding the onsite ground realities by participating in certain cross-team meetings and imparting/transitioning the knowledge towards various onsite and offshore teams.
  • Establish a common reporting structure for KPIs and Metrics across the various teams, even though each team may have their own style of operations. This is key to measure performance and continuous improvements.
  • Prepare and Lead Monthly Operational Meetings
  • Co-ordination of maintenance window calendars and planning wherever required
  • Preparation and periodic update of SOPs for Incidents, Changes, Problem and Monitoring.
  • Work with 3rd party systems and service providers to develop a support framework/model to ensure incident resolution is seamless across teams
  • Identify internal needs of documentations if any, to bolster the operations and future changes.
  • Participate in projects to support transitions and knowledge management with the support team.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Minimum 8 years of successful experience in SAP services delivery and hands on knowledge in any of the core SAP functional modules (MM/SD/FI).
  • Proven working experience with various SAP functional modules.
  • Project management and ITIL Certifications are a plus.
  • Exposure to international and complex projects ideally in the luxury/watches industry
  • Proven capability of handling distributed teams and working across geographies.
  • Fluent in English. French and other languages are a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, ability to challenge business users in a positive manner on their requirements and propose alternative solutions.
  • Candidate should be flexible / willing to work across time zones as this role is globally responsible for services delivery.
  • Experience of integration with Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance
