SAP SuccessFactors Admin (f/m/x)

Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. With our recruitment partner Frista, we are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Admin to join our team in Poland.

You will oversee our organization's HR management system and will be responsible for ensuring that the SAP SuccessFactors system is running efficiently and effectively, managing the system's configurations, and handling user requests and support tickets.

Your responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors system, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Be responsible for data validation, updates and consistency checks
• Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the system meets their needs.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring security and access controls are in place.
• Manage system upgrades and enhancements, including testing and coordination with other IT teams.
• Monitor system performance and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring system uptime and availability.
• Assist in the development of user training materials and provide training and support to end-users.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate the SAP SuccessFactors system with other enterprise systems.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors updates and trends to ensure the system is optimized and in line with industry best practices.

Your profile:

• You graduated a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You have at least 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration, including system configuration, support, and maintenance.
• You have strong technical skills in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Onboarding. Any certification would be a plus
• You are experienced with SAP SuccessFactors upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• You are a good communicant, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• You like solving problems and have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
