Security Operations Specialist

This role is based in our office in Grenchen, Switzerland.

Main goals of the position
Operational management of cyber security covering all key processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain security posture at an acceptable level of risk.

Main tasks of the position

• Security incidents management
• Coordination with Security Operations Center, employees and management
• Vulnerabilities management including analysis and maintenance of scans
• Management of vulnerabilities remediation with technical experts and administrators
• Planning of changes and liaising with country representatives
• Role modeling, access rights implementation and reviews
• Maintenance of data classification
• Reviews of corporate directory to ensure compliance with policies
• Privilege access management
• Awareness campaigns preparation
• Awareness eLearning contents, delivery and maintenance of user base
• Phishing tests
• End user communications on security topics
• Analysis and documentation of data flows
• Writing of security policies, procedures, and standards
• Liaising with country representatives in subsidiaries
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance

Expected Deliverables in Year 1

• Reduce and maintain number and severity of vulnerabilities at reasonably low level
• Ensure compliance of access rights and corporate directory
• Maintain the level of awareness at good level

• Full working proficiency in English, knowledge of French or German will be a plus

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of work experience in cyber security field
• Ideally including luxury industry

Education:

• A master's degree desired in the Computer Science / Telecommunications / Cyber security
• Additionally, security certifications such as GIAC, CEH, CISSP, ISO27001 are a plus
