Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Digital retail) to join our #Squad.

Your main responsibilities:

• Build ( 70 %)
• Be a single point of contact to collect the business requirements from various stakeholders
• Convert the detailed business requirements into user stories
• Identify the changes that are required in various tech platforms such as the Clientelling app, retail POS and CRM, ERP
• Work with the product owner(s) to define the priorities and assign them to sprints
• Work with the development team to deliver them within the sprint, be accountable for integration testing & regression testing & UAT testing
• Work with solution architects to define the solution, document the same
• Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare release notes
• Prepare various training documents & support the business teams on the user training
• Run and Operate (30%)
• Be the single point of contact for any RUN issues, and work with the various support team to provide the resolution
  
• Make sure that the issues are fixed, and users are informed
  
• Regular catch-up with business stakeholders to identify the key support issues & provide solutions for the same under the guidance of the product owner
  

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• You completed a BSc or MSc degree in IT or similar
• Proven working experience in digital retail, CRM, POS, clientelling, and omnichannel, mainly from the luxury retail industry background
• Proven experience in clientelling mobile app, retail POS, and salesforce sales cloud, marketing cloud
• Proficiency in Agile framework and ability to use the tools such as JIRA, confluence, slack, trello etc
• Exposure to international and complex projects ideally in the retail, FMCG, luxury, or fashion industry
• Good work ethic and ability to lead multiple initiatives and meet deadlines and timelines
• Proactive with analytical skills with high attention to detail and ownership
• Excellent time and resource management skills; can manage multiple projects simultaneously without difficulty in various geographic locations if necessary
• Enjoys high pace, demanding, performance-driven environment
