Senior HR Business Partner

Your main responsibilities:

  • Proactively partner with the senior and middle management to identify strategic issues, workforce planning or organizational design challenges and provide advice and expertise to help develop suitable solutions;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by presenting multiple perspectives and challenging the status quo;
  • Practice effective relationship management to elevate working relationships with internal groups, including managers, senior leaders and employees;
  • Demonstrate and effectively scale the application of the HR processes including employee engagement and recruitment, retention and talent development, succession planning, change, conflict and exit management, employment legislation, employee relations, performance management, compensation management as well as coaching;
  • Ensure perfect execution of all operational HR processes in close collaboration with the HR Services team;
  • Develop, lead and implement HR-related projects together with the HQ in Switzerland and participate as a team member on special projects as needed;
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset and continually look for opportunities to increase the return on investment of human resources programs for employees and leaders.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent 
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced company
  • In depth knowledge of local employment legislation and best practices, with experience in managing complex HR challenges, preferably in an international environment  
  • Highly effective communicator with ability to influence internal clients and manage stakeholders at all levels in the organization 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and internal clients simultaneously in a fast-paced private equity environment 
  • Detail oriented and proactive, with a “can do” mentality 
  • Excellent written and spoken  French and English skills
