We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who will be supporting the company in its international growth. In your position, you will report directly to the Global Head of Legal & Compliance. The job location may be the office in Grenchen and/or Zurich, with an additional flexibility of home office for this position (3-4 days a week).

Your main responsibilities:

• Your will be responsible for ensuring excellence in contracts drafting throughout the Legal & Compliance function, including reviewing and establishing best practice within the team
• Main tasks include drafting, reviewing and finalizing various national and international commercial agreements, such as cooperation, consultancy, sponsoring and licensing agreements, and selective contribution on key aspects related to a wide range of other supply and customers agreements
• You will take care of drafting, reviewing and finalizing compliance policies based on input from internal and external stakeholders, support for the communication of the policies across the group
• You will organize your workload across all contract drafting-topics autonomously and independently – English will be your main working language

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in high profile commercial law firm (in contracts drafting across jurisdictions, focus on continental law)
• You hold a Master’s of Laws degree with respective bar exam (Swiss or European)
• You can put forward your MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel or PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, you are focused on qualitative deliveries
• You have intrinsic motivation, ownership and are a hands-on contributor
• Your colleagues describe you as a team player and an aspiring leader
• You have a nearly-native or proficiency level in both English and French
