Stock and Sales Planning Analyst

Job description

We are looking for a Stock and Sales Planning Analyst to animate monthly sales forecast exercise and products budget, prepare allocation for Novelties launch and Special Editions and manage products phased out in markets. In your position, you will report directly to the Global Director of Sales Planning.


You will support us in different administrative and organizational tasks, including:

  • Preparing guidelines for monthly sales forecast
  • Leading monthly exercise with markets: deadlines, instructions, forecast accuracy
  • Consolidating and analyzing Sales Forecast to share evolution and its impacts with Production (S&OP process)
  • Completing sales forecast for products or time horizon out of Markets exercise scope (Novelties, long term forecast)
  • Proposing allocation per market for novelties and special editions
  • Monitoring Local Markets distributor stock and proposing actions

Job requirements

  • Graduate with significant internship (1 year) or 2-3 years work in similar functions or consulting companies
  • Degree in business, engineering, or in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, statistics, physics) and excellent academic record, preferably from a top university (ex- X, Centrale, Mines, HEC Paris, ETH Zurich, EPFL)
  • Excellent practice and knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Advanced command of the English and French languages, both written and oral
  • German skills will be an asset
  • Affinity for luxury watches is a plus
