 Breitling is one of the best-known Swiss watch brands in the world that continues to forge its own path thanks to its rich watch collections dedicated to the full spectrum of air, land & sea adventures.
Amsterdam has been selected last year to operate a single brand store. These mono boutiques allow Breitling to showcase the brand in a more tailored, brand-centric environment. The Breitling boutique is a key pillar of the international brand strategy and we believe that, in the right location, our own boutiques perfectly complement our multi-brand approach to our customer proposition.

Client Development:

• CRM: Build a loyal clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools (Sales Force & App)

• Focus on optimalization and growth of the current database

• Establish a client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience

Business Development

• Develop the sales of the store by cultivating a comprehensive view on it

• Build on the potential of the collection, capitalizing on all available support (visual merchandising, training, clienteling, instore events, Netherlands Squad)

• “Lead by example” on the floor, understand the consumer’s needs, identify potential areas of improvement and cultivate a feel for the market trends

• Efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support

• Maximize the After Sales Service experience

• Ensuring operational excellence in back and front of house

Team Management and Development Management:

• Generate monthly and daily schedule, reporting to HR administration

• Translate business goals into achievable team and individual targets

• Assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved

• Manage the team image including uniforms and guidelines

• Motivate the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, empower the team


• support and coach the team, identify their development and training needs, partnering with the Trainer for Breitling Netherlands to tailor individual training plans

• Ensure exceptional brand and product awareness

• Identify, recruit and develop sales talents

Job requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Luxury Retail as store manager or assistant store manager + relevant sales experience
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English
  • You posses relevant experience with reporting and workscheme planning
  • Your experience with Salesforce will be a plus
  • You present a good balance between people management and sales skills
  • You have a disciplined approach towards work schemes, reporting, etc.
