Website Manager

We are looking for a Website Manager who will support us in Product launches and commercial activities optimization. All that with the aim to enhance the Customer Journey experience while visiting our websites.

In your position, you will report directly to the Digital Properties Lead.

You will support us in different tasks, including:

  • Providing Content Management enhancements and releases, website updates, QA testing, bug tracking, and improvements
  • Coordinating internal and external teams on various topics (SEO, paid media) to support commercial activities
  • Identifying website issues specific to content presentation and working with appropriate internal teams to resolve them
  • Analyzing and reporting the website performance (UX, customer behavior, conversion rate, etc.)
  • Performing competitor and market benchmarking by researching competitors’ online content strategy, promotional campaigns, and emerging trends in online display

Job requirements

  • You have experience of Website Management (front-end one with knowledge of eCommerce flow, marketing, etc), ideally in luxury field
  • Knowledge of different CMSs (like custom solution of Wordpress) will be a strong asset
  • You have good deductive skills which you can put forward to understand and interpret data and transfer them to the concrete actions to optimize the customer journey while visiting our websites
  • Previous experience with AGILE methodology would be a strong plus
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to responsibly manage several tasks at the same time.
  • You take initiative, are solutions-oriented, and are able to work independently.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
  • You are a reliable, flexible, and loyal team player.
