16 years ago Breitling gave me my chance when I had no watchmaking experience. Breitling financed the courses to train me in my profession and I then had the chance to evolve in multiple departments, eventually reaching positions I would not have even dared to dream of as a child.

I joined Breitling at the age of 21 as a junior sales consultant. My organisation and perseverance enabled me to become "Best Sales Advisor in the World in 2015". I am now satisfied with my position as Assistant Manager and I'd like to become a boutique manager in the future.

I feel very priviledged to work in a highly dynamic and international environment with talented colleagues for a company that has a rich history and tradition, but a just as clear vision. Breitling is producing beautiful products to which I am emotionally attached and I can relate to the core values of the company, representing a casual, inclusive and sustainable luxury. All this offers a set of assets for strong storystelling and is a great starting point for a communication professional to develop relevant and differentiating communication strategies.

I've been working with Breitling for 2 years and during this time I have grown immensely, especially in the organization of my work and the way I communicate. I have a great team and mentors that I look up to, who have the honest-to-goodness willingness to listen, learn, and grow. I have been given opportunities and responsibilities that I never thought I could achieve.

Having joined Breitling Bond Street in 2016, I have had the chance to realise several promotions within the company. From Day one I have been inspired to take on new projects and events that have challenged me, culminating in my personal development which has always been professionally recognized.

As Transversal Project Manager to Operations I can work on various projects gravitating around the production of fine sports watches. I am glad to be part of the Breitling’s adventure with many challenges.
