We are currently looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to join our #Squad in our flagship store in Taormina. In this role you will act as a true leader and coach for the team of sales associates. You will be driving the business, all stores’ operations, suppliers, and the budget. You will ensure that the Breitling brand and retail standards are met while continuously focusing on the first class customer experience.


Your responsibilities:

Client and Business Development

  • Build a loyal clientele by leveraging all customer relationship tools (CRM tool: salesforce),
  • Develop a solid client portfolio and prospects,
  • Maximize the potential of our broad product assortment,
  • Capitalize on our brand equity by making use of our attractive visual merchandising, instore events with local ambassadors and partnership activations,
  • Execute smart boutique events in an inclusive atmosphere,
  • Identify areas of improvement by understanding customer needs, and following market trends,
  • Guarantee an impeccable after sales service in line with company standards.

Team Management and Reporting

  • Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure the highest level of customer experience,
  • Translate business goals into achievable team and individual targets,
  • Share and Report with the local HQ to give a step by step update,
  • Assess and monitor the daily performance,
  • Create a positive work environment and empower the team by coaching on individual needs,
  • Ensure exceptional brand and product knowledge,
  • Identify, recruit, and develop future talents,
  • Manage the team image including uniforms and guidelines,
  • Present a good balance between people management and sales skills.

Job requirements

Your profile: (please send resume in English)

  • You have proven experience in boutique/people management and organization skills
  • You have strong communication skills and team-player mentality
  • You can drive the boutique KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to share with the local HQ
  • You are well connected within the luxury industry and the Rome area
  • You are fluent in Italian and English (Russian/Chinese or Arabic would be appreciated)
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You can effectively manage the boutique’s budget, the stock rotation and control of replenishment to optimize sales
