International Sales Coordinator (f/m/x)

Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for an International Sales Coordinator to join our #Squad in Grenchen. You will be in charge of supporting sales, from ensuring order completion to ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously.

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction
• Handling and follow up of the sales portfolio by market
• Administrative handling of all the requests coming from the markets
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Daily contacts with external and internal departments
• Handling of credit notes, buy backs, special orders, wish-lists, exchange offers on a daily business
• Provide clear and synthetic information to management
• Manage the sale to employees, VIP & suppliers process
• Handle the back office for employees “Montres au porté”
• Handling of the alternative distribution portfolio

Your profile:

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• You have strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution
• You pay attention to detail and are result-driven
• You are a team-player
• You speak fluently French, English and German. Any other language would be an asset
