Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for our next Marketing Manager - India to join our #Squad.

At this role, you will oversee all the daily operations for Marketing in India, as well as be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire region to strengthen brand positioning and to create unique customer brand experience. You will manage agencies to deliver strong PR and event plans to support brand development. You will also be the close liaison with Sales team to propose and evaluate opportunities to develop client base and brand awareness in India.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage all marketing activities (Media, PR, Events, Communications, Visual Merchandising, Partner Relations)
  • Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and global plans
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities – develop full 360 plans to ensure all launches are activated strongly
  • Manage and align with the marketing budget
  • Create and publish all marketing materials in line with Breitling central communication plans
  • Plan and implement local campaigns following the approval process (Regional/ Global)
  • Be responsible for brand management and corporate identity
  • Propose and activate online and print/OOH marketing campaigns
  • Develop the events calendar to bring consumers closer to the brand – SMART events, Boutique openings, Product launch events
  • Work closely with agencies – PR and Global
  • Maintain effective internal communications, attention to detail and timelines
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for the company
  • Develop community partnerships under our core pillars

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You ideally rgaduated a University degree and have 10+ years of management
  • You have strong retail experience in a similar role or previous experience as a Marketing Manager for at least 5 years (ideally with a luxury brand)
  • You are passionate, enthusiastic, self-driven – with a passion for watches
  • You have a ‘can do’ attitude and are solution oriented
  • You have strong analytical and project management skills
  • You know how to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly
  • You are a strong communicator (both verbal and written) with excellent customer service.
