Sales Operations Manager (f/m/x)

Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Squad. At this role, you will ensure a professional Sales Operations Management and a well-structured Sales Back Office. You will also lead the daily exchange with pour POS as well as internal departments and provide qualitative support to the internal Boutiques. Moreover, you will manage monthly & yearly sales planning for Breitling Switzerland and report corresponding budgets.

Your responsibilities:

• Sales Back-office
  • Lead the Sales Operations Management & Team (2 direct reports)
  • Support the two Sales Coordinator on their daily business
  • Manage the daily exchange related to Sales Operations with all the internal & external stakeholders of Breitling Switzerland
  • Ensure excellent order delivery management
  • Manage sales planning with support of Sales- & Retail Team

• Technical support
  • Technical support for Internal Boutiques (SAP)
  • Optimize processes between Boutiques and Back Office (Salesforce, SAP)
  • Train business teams on all new technology or tools of Breitling Switzerland

• Support of the Head of Sales in planning, budget and analysis (sell-in/sell-out and optimal stock management)
  

Your profile:

• You have at least 4 years of experience in Sales Operations Management and extensive SAP know-how
• Ideally, you have strong knowledge of the watch industry
• You have experience in team management and problem-solving
• You have strong knowledge in SalesForce and Y2
• You speak fluently English, German and French. Any other language would be an asset
