SAP Business Analyst - S/4 DTS-PTP

Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. For our IT department, we are looking for a SAP Business Analyst - S/4 DTS-PTP to join our #Squad.

Within the team, you will ensure that the company's Manufacturing (Demand To Supply) and Procurement (Purchase To Pay) processes run smoothly and efficiently through the use of the SAP S4 HANA system.

This role is based in our office in Grenchen with occasional visits to La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Your responsibilities:

You will take part in many steps, from solution design to data management and solution deployment.

Solution oriented:

• Understand and challenge Manufacturing & procurement requirements and propose solutions based on S/4 standards & best practices. Act as the Gatekeeper of the solution design.
• Ensure the right solution configuration and specific developments only when required to match with business requirements
• Organize and follow up the delivery of solution build done by our external partners, participate to some configuration and functional specification tasks, and ensure solution build quality. (quality review, unit tests) in collaboration with our solution architects & development lead
• Design unit and integration test scenarios to validate the implemented functionalities, ensuring the proper integration with the other applications of the program.
• Collaborate with test teams to ensure compliance with business requirements, support test preparation, organization, execution & defect management
• Identify any regression risk & being able to execute regression tests (on demand)
• Own the solution documentation (configuration, Functional & technical documentation, WRICEF inventory) and the test library
• Ensure the test library is up to date (scope coverage), as well as the integration across our application landscape: support integrated solution design, build & test.
• Participate in the design and implementation of interfaces and data exchanges between the different applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance and supply chain, to integrate manufacturing & procurement processes with other business processes.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems with other teams, work in integration with other IT teams (internal and external) to deliver a complete solution
• Understand the requirements and communicate efficiently with the community of business users
• Support the preparation of solution deployment

Data and change management :

• Ensure the quality and integrity of master data throughout the "Procure to Pay" and "Demand to Supply" processes
• Support the business in the identification and support communication of organizational changes related to the transformation
• Develop documentation for user support and implement training programs for end-users

Handover to Support and continuous improvement:

• Organize and be responsible for knowledge transfer to support teams
• Supervise Support operations for DTS & PTP
• Identify recurring issues and propose enhancements, additional user trainings & procedures

Your profile:

• You have strong experience and knowledge working with SAP S4 HANA system as a Business Analyst, in manufacturing and procurement processes
• You graduated a Bachelor or Master degree (or similar)
• You have a very good understanding on SAP cross-modular integration points, especially with Finance (cost calculation)
• You know how to set your priorities in a fast-pace environment
• You have strong competencies in project management and excellent communication (for example when collaborating with transversal teams)
• You speak fluently English and French.
