Senior Manager Inventory and Procurement Controller

The Senior Manager Inventory and Procurement Controller is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management includes monitoring inventory levels, analyzing data to forecast demand, coordinating with supply chain and sales team, implementing strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize costs.

Your responsabilities :

• Optimize inventory levels and accuracy by developing and implementing inventory control procedures and strategies
• Improve inventory efficiency by analyzing inventory data and trends; identifying areas of improvement, such as minimizing out of collection or excess inventory
• Estimate future inventory requirements based on historical data, sales forecasts, and industry trends
• Management/review of purchase orders in accordance with well-defined specifications and production plan
• Manage regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
• Business partnering between Supply Chain, shopfloor, Sales and Finance teams

Your profile: 

• You have a master's degree / engineer degree in supply chain management 
• You have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in areas such as Production Engineering Inventory Management and Controlling 
• You are ideally experienced within the FMCG, Lifestyle and/or Luxury industry
• You have a good level of communication skills in English and French
• You are able to work very independently and with high motivation
• You are intellectually sharp with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
