Position Summary: The Regional Manager is responsible for leadership of the boutiques within their assigned market/territory. The position is accountable of the overall team and sales performance, P&L, operational excellence, compliance in policies and procedures, and ensures retail excellence in client service and journey. This role is based on the west coast- applicants would ideally be located in NV, AZ, CA, OR area with access to major airports.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Business Development

  • Develop talent growth from recruiting, hiring and succession planning in all boutiques, working with Retail Director to develop/manage retail store team structure.
  • Develop and execute boutique and network business plans, inclusive of marketing and promotional strategies that will continue to drive traffic to the store and grow the customer base, with emphasis placed on building the local market. Partner with Retail Director for review and approval.
  • Create and execute Action Plans to drive business and manage stores performance to maximize profitability and productivity.
  • Manage sales performance, KPI goals and CRM development and client management of each boutique, and network.
  • Ensure all operational procedures and policies are rolled out efficiently and effectively ensuring a strong reflection of Breitling standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Visual Merchandising, Finance, E-Commerce and others related to provide a seamless business flow for boutiques and corporate office.
  • Responsible for new store openings from hiring, operational system development and opening.
  • Create business strategies in each market in collaboration with store managers from event ideas, execution of action plans, and client development ideas.
  • Partner with Retail Merchandising on each store’s product performance, market analysis, ST %, and provide feedback on products to Retail Director
  • Partner with Retail Trainer to schedule, PK, management training, new hire induction, and selling technique trainings.
  • Communicate with each store and travel to each market with approval of Retail Director on visit guidelines and frequency.
  • Be aware of the local market and business environment including competitors’ business activities and luxury market trends.

Team Management

  • Be a positive role model and always represent the brand appropriately.
  • Display agility and adaptability throughout the evolution of the Brand and company.
  • Ensure an effective end-to-end employee experience in their network, hiring strong and qualified candidates, partnering to ensure effective training and onboarding, provide consistent and actionable feedback, and build strong development and succession plans through effective leadership and management of talent lifecycle.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team through regular and consistent touchpoints, both virtually and in person.
  • Identify individual and team training needs. Create and implement regular training and monitor behaviors and results. Partner with Retail Director and Training Manager as needed.
  • Supervise team and enforce company policies while adhering to proper procedure regarding disciplinary action.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, peers, supervisors and the Wilton and Switzerland corporate office.
  • Communicate corporate initiatives and directives to team through daily and/or weekly meetings/communication.

Store Operations

  • Maintain thorough understanding of all company policies, procedures and processes. Ensure team adherence to company and security policies and procedures at all times.
  • Effective utilization of POS system and inventory management functions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink within company standards by regular follow ups with Operations Manager and executing initiatives as needed.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative business reports as required by the Retail Director.
  • Meet all KPI focused from company directive and action plan.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.

Education/Experience:
College or university degree with 8+ years of management experience in multi-store experience is preferred.

As Regional Manager, work requires frequent travel to different markets in US and possible international travel.
